SnapScript Pro (“SnapScript”, “we”, “our”) is an AI-powered real estate copywriting platform operated by Claudio Akerman, serving real estate professionals in Brazil and the United States.

Account data: name, email, and password (via Supabase Auth) or basic profile data via Google OAuth login.

Property data: type, address, area, bedrooms, bathrooms, price, agent descriptions, and photos you upload for AI analysis.

Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, generation count, active plan.

Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Waitlist data: name, email, market, referral code, and campaign UTMs.

We share data only with the following service providers under data protection agreements:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage
• Google Gemini — photo analysis and intake conversation
• Anthropic Claude — copywriting generation
• OpenAI GPT — compliance checking
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — application hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by Supabase (AWS). Property photos are kept in a private bucket with authenticated access. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We apply row-level security (RLS) controls, ensuring each user can only access their own data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for 7 years under US tax law).

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time

We use essential cookies for session authentication (Supabase) and anonymous usage analytics (PostHog). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

SnapScript Pro is intended solely for real estate professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, it will be deleted immediately.

We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any material changes. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
