Terms of Service

By creating an account or using SnapScript Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and SnapScript Pro, operated by Claudio Akerman.

SnapScript Pro is an AI-powered real estate copywriting SaaS platform. The service allows real estate professionals to upload property photos, conduct an intake conversation with an AI agent, and receive persuasive listing copy ready for MLS portals, social media, and headlines.

The service is provided “as is.” Generated copy is an assistance tool — review, editing, and responsibility for publication always remain with the agent.

To use SnapScript Pro you must: (a) be 18 years of age or older; (b) be a real estate professional or work in a related capacity; (c) provide accurate information during registration; (d) not have a previously suspended or terminated account.

SnapScript Pro offers a free plan with generation limits and paid monthly plans. Current pricing is available in the app's settings page.

• Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in advance
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled
• Add-on credits do not expire and are non-refundable once used
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period
• No pro-rated refunds for early cancellation, except where required by law

You agree not to use SnapScript Pro to:

• Generate discriminatory, misleading, or deceptive content that violates the Fair Housing Act or applicable law
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform's technology
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share account credentials with third parties

Important: Copy generated by SnapScript Pro is produced by AI language models. It may contain inaccuracies, errors, or language unsuitable for specific contexts.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any copy before publishing
• SnapScript Pro is not liable for real estate decisions made based on generated copy
• Compliance with Fair Housing Act, MLS rules, state advertising laws, and NAR Code of Ethics is your responsibility
• Uploaded photos and generated copy may be used to improve our AI models in anonymized form

Our platform: The code, design, brand, and technology of SnapScript Pro are the exclusive property of SnapScript Pro. No license is granted beyond the personal, non-exclusive use of the service.

Your data and copy: You retain ownership of data you input and copy generated from it. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Email support response within 2 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapScript Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in cases of: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirement. You may terminate your account at any time through app settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (for US users) and the laws of Brazil (for Brazilian users), without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or in the competent courts of each jurisdiction.

We will notify you by email at least 15 days before any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
